Future Skills Conference 2025
Our second Future Skills Conference, held in partnership with TheCityUK, will focus on the skills challenges and opportunities facing UK-based financial and related professional services.

What To Expect
The event will bring together senior practitioners from across financial and related professional services, regulators and policymakers to discuss how to ensure the industry has the skills it needs for the future and continue to drive growth and prosperity across the country.
Through keynote speeches and panel sessions, the conference will cover topics such investing in workplace skills to fill skills gaps and boost productivity, the critical role of skills and talent in driving innovation and growth, and how the UK can remain an attractive hub for domestic and global talent.
